iExist Training was built by a mother and son. As a registered nurse, our founder cares deeply about how people are treated when they are sick, and that conviction shapes everything we teach.
iExist is a training school for caregivers. We help people understand how their care impacts the health of another person, and we support home health agencies with compliance and clinical expertise.

Alisha McCorkle, DNP-prepared RN
Founder & CEO · Healthcare Compliance & Behavioral Health
I am a doctoral prepared registered nurse specializing in healthcare compliance and behavioral health. I grew up in the South learning to care for your neighbor, treat others as you want to be treated, and that love conquers all.
I started my career as a caregiver in home health, then progressed to skilled nursing facilities and acute care. The healthcare industry is not for the weak. My clinical foundation has always included a holistic approach, and I want to extend that knowledge to caregivers.
